Positive: Very spacious apartment, equipped with everything you may need. Comfortable rooms and beds. Easy self check-in and check-out. Lovely host, did not meet her, but she was constantly in touch with us and making sure that we are ok. Less than 5 minutes walking to the pedestrian area in the center of Sibiu. Parking is possible in the street and you pay for it, but depends on availability. Really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely stay here again!

Positive: Location was excellent, in the middle of old town.

Negative: It was advertised and selected for having 2 bathrooms. Upon arrival, we found out only 1 bathroom was available ( the second one had structural problems and was not functional and locked). We were a group of 4. We needed the 2 bathrooms. It took days of back and forth communication and complaints , asking for a refund to be able to move in a different lodging. The owner agreed to the refund and worked with us , but booking.com did not! Offered a small discount and closed the file on us, not responding or trying to resolve the complaint. Very dissapointing!

Negative: Toiletries and a hairdryer would have been useful. Perhaps some extra towels as we had 7 nights booked.
